This notice explains how we handle information when you visit our website or contact us. There are no customer accounts, newsletter sign-ups or online purchases on this website.

Who is responsible

When you contact us

The contact form collects your email address, message and name if you choose to provide it. Your email and message are required so that we can handle your enquiry; the form does not accept attachments. If you email us directly, we also receive any attachments you choose to send.

We use this information to respond and manage the resulting correspondence. The legal basis for general enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you request steps before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) applies to those steps. We do not use your enquiry to add you to a marketing list.

Hosting, forms and email

Netlify, Inc. hosts the website and operates Netlify Forms. Hosting infrastructure processes technical information, including IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site. This supports our legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure website.

Netlify Forms receives and stores messages and sends notifications to our mailbox. Its Akismet service, provided by Automattic, checks submissions for spam using message content and associated technical information. A hidden form field provides additional spam protection. These checks support our legitimate interest in protecting our contact channel from abuse. If a message is mistakenly filtered, you can email us directly. Our email provider is Proton Mail / Proton AG. Proton receives and stores correspondence and form notifications for us. We use service providers to handle these tasks under their applicable data-processing arrangements.

International processing

Our providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Netlify’s Data Processing Agreement provides for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers to Netlify and standard contractual clauses where applicable. Details of its service providers are available in Netlify’s subprocessor information.

Proton AG is based in Switzerland. Proton reports that Mail data is stored in Switzerland, Germany or Norway. Its Data Processing Agreement addresses transfers using adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where needed. See also the Proton Mail privacy policy. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

How long we keep information

Our normal retention period for general enquiries is six months after the enquiry is closed. We review records monthly and remove expired copies from both Netlify Forms and our mailbox, including related notifications and replies. This is a manual review, not an automatic expiry. We may retain the necessary information for longer where a documented need or legal obligation requires it, including establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Technical logs and residual backup copies are subject to the providers’ applicable retention and deletion procedures. Removing a message from our active records does not imply immediate removal from every provider backup.

Cookies and external resources

Our website code does not set cookies, use browser storage or include advertising trackers or analytics. Fonts and photographs are served locally. External links lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send your request to hello@keblu.com.

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

Updates

Last reviewed: 29 September 2026. We will update this notice when the way we handle information changes, including before introducing an online shop.
